Unfortunately I never seem to be able to do this, even with use of expensive nail repair treatments & strengthening serums.
I decided I would try and get nail acrylics, keep them on for a few months & then take them off and try and keep my real nails underneath long & strong.
This is what my nails looked like once I had taken the acrylics off and painted them:
They were lovely, long & strong - and lasted me....
a day!
Then I somehow managed to snap all of them & ended up getting acrylics again.
Anyone else that can relate?
Nail growth is a nightmare!
